Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 30 days away.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made at least 15 days before the check-in date will qualify for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
Caution Fee Refund: The caution fee will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out if no damages or missing items are identified. In cases of damages or missing items, the refund will be processed within 4-7 working days based on the severity of the issue.
